This is Dubai Airport Tunnel and most of the ppl having accidents there are expats (S.Asia, US, EU, SA) because first of all most of the UAE are non native , and the comentator is complaining about the bad road planning that caused those accidents

Yeah, emos. I was on a train and there was a group of them, and I overheard one of them, a girl, say she would shoot "all chavs and muslims". It was disgusting.

The roads in most of the middle east are basically nothing like here in the USA or Europe. They use basically sand as a replacement for the aggregate component, and their asphalt has a high oil content in the asphalt base, and on really hot days, which is most of the time, the roads become slick as snot on a hot door knob. The drivers are bad enough, I mean really bad too, but the roads being what they are just amplify the mistakes these bone headed drivers make.
