Second video dealing with my O2 sensor extenders
I made a mod to my resonator, it worked out really well (better than I though it would). The difference in throttle response is amazing. I rode around for an hour tonight with a big smile on my face. I'll redo my video on it in the AM (it was too dark). Plus I came up with another small issue I want to publish on the second bubbler. It needs a check valve to keep the cooling reservoir from drawing the vinegar back in.
Thanks for the feedback
there is enough air moving to keep the al tube cool enough, plus it means not messing with stoke parts if you ever want to return it to stock condition, not sure why you would, but you could.

If you look at video #10 at 4min. there is a curve of plastic that can be seen low in the opening to the throttle body. I was contemplating attaching my tube to the side of that pointing in to the TB.
Or getting rid of the resonator and installing another piece of the piping to my cold air right into the TB and doing it there. I'm just not 100% sold on the cold air made of Al that conducts engine heat.
put your hho injection point as close to the butterfly as possible, since you seemed to have solved your foam issue, this shouldn't be a big deal. Try to inject at the top of the butterfly or the bottom, not at the sides, the butterfly opens top and bottom first, and manifold vaccum enters into the intake area much better there. Just my .02

I have one rule -- I always show the good with the bad, it serves no purpose to be biased in my reporting.
I really like your videos. I watch A LOT of videos and have seen just about every thing every one on YouTube has done. But I find my self watching and waiting for each new video because what you are doing is very interesting and I am learning things from your documented experiences witch was unexpected. Keep Up the Great Work. I know you will have great mileage increase do to you vigilance and attention to detail. I'm rooting for you all the way.

video uploading now
OK, I was planning on this this weekend, my tankfill test results for this tank are skewed because I have ran the engine twice for 30 minutes at idle in the driveway.

By RadGenH2O [Affiliate User] 1219084206 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Remove... write them down and save them. pay close attention to sounds and reaction of truck. make sure there is no trouble codes. now kill the cell, yes disconnect the cell. report any changes and trouble codes if present. this will help you and I paint a better picture of whats going on. I hope you have faith enough to try this. I would do it but dont have obdII car to work with now. I shut down shop to pack and move. thanks for working with us all and the great vids
hp2
Like the approach. You are doin it for youself, that is point of my vids. I see you have minimal water vapor now. Before you introduce vac please consider following. I would like to see you put truck at highest mpg gained. then leave the map adj and o2 alone. without touching or messing with any adjustments do 2 mpg test at least 30 on same route same temperatue and same driving style. use fill tank method not scan guage or vehicle mpg display. once you have thsoe readings....
