Every time I work with the remarkably talented model Ray Armstrong, I am astounded by his ability to control every muscle in his body. I once asked him about his zen like mastery of his abdominals and he showed me how he breaks it down for himself. I thought this would make for a great demo for anyone interested in modeling or fitness in general. So here is "Abs 101 with Ray Armstrong". More classes to come soon. It seems every model has great advice that is worth sharing so if this video is popular I may make a series featuring more of the wonderful and talented models that I have the oppertunity to work with.
