President Ahmadinejad may say some scary things, but he has no authority to use nuclear arms even if Iran had them. Consider: Iranian Constitution, Article 110.4 - the Supreme Leader (Ayatollah Ali Khameini) will assume supreme command over the armed forces. Article 110.5 - the Supreme Leader has authority over the Declaration of war and peace, and the mobilization of the armed forces. Also consider that it was the Supreme Leader that stated that Iran is not interested in attacking Israel.

Hillary voted for the war in Iraq without reading the intelligence report. Now as a Presidential candidate is treatening to use a nuclear weapons on a specified country that has yet to obtain nuclear weapons. Where is her the lesson?
