i was using ur video just now and it was great becasue i actually feel the burn, so do u have tips about the thing people eat, well it's kinda hard for me since im only asian food, so i don't eat like no one else, so do u have any tips for that,

On the seventh day, you might just not workout or do the only the abs.

Just wanted to say these are great. However, I'm wondering something about them. Are they meant to be done just once a day or 2-3 times right after each other. Kind of like doing several sets of an exercise.
