    about tricep routines, besides the tricep kickbacks which I usually do, may you please give me your opinion on the best or most productive tricep Isolatoin exercises? I can think of tricepress down and thats it, unless skull crushers are isolation.

    I recently had the opportunity to discuss this very topic with a physical therapist who attented a seminar on shoulder saftey. The research says to keep your elbows in a comfortable position ,if that's flared out for you keep on doing it. It will be safer for your shoulders in the long run and from what they say just as effective.

    question about the triceps if you wouldn't mind. whats your opinion and results from performing the tricep exericse called- one arm prognated dumbell tricep extension. and do you go to lock out i believe, for i feel my tris well when i go to lockout. thanks pal
