    There are plenty of clips that prove other wise..... But think of all of the good SU clips... RIGHT IN FRONT THE BAND.... listen to any clip of SU across the field.... you'll hear a DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN SOUND

    This is an argument time and time again. Our trumpets are heard. Just because they don't hang over doesn't mean they don't have the potential to produce sound. You'll be lying to yourself if you think they are not heard. As for our Tuba's, the world knows they play on fiberglass, they still hold down the bottom. All of this is backed up with sufficient clips, tapes and CD's of Juke. Based off of your theory, SU would be a cake with small icing and no foundation?

    Thats never THE BOOMS arguement... If it weren't for SU F-horns they would have NO upper brass.... Trumpets are severly lacking. It's really bad... Tubaz have been getting better... But when they are heard they sound like some ducks quacking....But to be honest they sounded good at the bayou classic botb... I WAS SHOCKED!!!! MY ARGUEMENT IN A NUTSHELL- SU CAN'T CLAIM TO BE BALANCED DUE TO LACK OF TRUMPET AND TUBAS... POINT BLANK
