    not good instruction coach! understand the difference between quickness and speed. Most squash players train to be quick, quick first step, quick preperation, quick redirection, etc. Being fast has very little to do with squash at a high level. Also, quickness involves balance and distance...the fact you lift your back foot in your first demo indicates poor balance, i notice your first and last steps are same.
