Damn right i lived in Punjab through that stuff and i know so many Sikh police officers who quit work because of the stuff they were asked to do. No Sikhs killed any innocent Hindus at all. i used to read newspaper and the ones that were murdered were anti Sikh activists such as SHIV SENA. damn man don't believe everything u hear on TV.

The police gave them financial support& logistical support. Successive Govt's manipulated the media to attribute all crimes to separatist militants. This generated a public reaction,helpful in denying justice to the Sikhs. The brutality of the train and bus bombing—carried
out by government vigilantes as well ,to discredit Sikh militants—were reprehensible and in no way bestial than extreme police behaviour.

hindus were massacred in Punjab? Oye wake up victim of false indian hindu media. Govt masscared hindus to potray Sikhs as militants, only hand full like Jagat Narayan who were spiting poison on Sikhism were dealt with. If so called militants were after hindus in Punjab then during 84 Anti Sikh riots in India, none of the hindu of Punjab would've survived but fact is not even 1 hindu was killed in Punjab during these riots. Only an insane person can support such riots however when the hindus were massacred in the same way in punjab not many rallies were organised as were done against against ops bluestar and other govt actions against militants. My humble view is that had that been done, it would have created public opinion aginst militants and maintained the goodwill between hindus and sikhs. But look at the irony... hindus and sikhs fighting... who can imagine...what a black period in Indian history ?

Thanks for this video. This definitely is not the country's crowning glory. I, as a 10 year old, watched this Sikh record store looted and ransacked and have always rued the moment from the day. I am amazed at how people can be swayed by an egotistical woman like Indira Gandhi and her lackeys in carrying out such pogroms on a community so small, just because they opposed her tyranny during the emergency rule.
