this is actually suicide cliff on a little island currently known as Saipan. This cliff is one of the greatest places for sight seeing. and the story behind this was that during WW2 the Japanese who surrendered, instead of being killed by the Americans, they'd jump off this cliff.. so yeah.. Lots ghost history here in the Mariana islands. Due to war.. the beaches there at night are something else too.. my family owns a beach house there and.. we've seen lots of crazy S**t .
