    You are putting energy in by moving the stator. Unless you use mechanical energy from the rotor to move the stator it's a failure.

    Conservation of energy is fact, it's deeply rooted in general relativity.

    By moving you are providing work to make the rotor spin. If you stop moving, the rotor stops. Therefore without external input, you have just a bunch of stationary magnets.
