In this video, i will show you two methods to download windows 7.

First method:
go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/beta-download.aspx
you will need a windows live id to download.
after the iso has been downloaded, simply burn it to a disk, and either boot from the disk to install,
or run it in your current version of windows to upgrade.

Method II:
go to http://www.thepiratebay.org/torrent/4602971/microsoft.windows.7.beta.1.build.7000.x86.DVD-GENUiNE.iMAGE

you will need a program such as utorrent to download the iso.
when the iso is done downloading, burn it to a disk, and install.
