yesyes,i do know it helps,but i do cant make it...

just point ur toes down and try to lift the back up with the pedals coz if u got a proper bike itll have like little studs on the pedals

notic how at the begging he just lifts the bike....and he struggles...they not even that heavy...im 13 and can do it

when your front wheel is up shift your weight from the back to the front, then your back wheel will go up.

do u mean level out or do u mean push on the bars

yeah that was my friend but how do you compress

try pushing on the pedal and push forward on your handlebars to get the back wheel of the ground

ummm yeah i can get the front wheel up but not the back help me plz
