you guyes forget this martial is designed for the army! the amry must do whatever it takes to protect its country, and if you don t think this isn t a martial art think again, you need to get stronger mentally its like training your ki in meditation.

KM is designed to deal with single and multiple opponents on your feet and on the ground (like Russian sambo it combines techniques from BBJ and Judo for ground skills, and Karate boxing Muay Thai and more Martial Arts for striking and kicking skills).

Very effective, because BJJ teaches you relax and deal with people on different levels so you will be less likely to get into a streetfight. Not all fights end up with multiple opponents and for those that do not much is going to help you and BJJ is the best because if 3 people really want to hurt you, your going to be on the ground. I and including almost all BJJ guys I know train stand up as well so if I get beat by an untrained person I deserve it.

In your BJJ you get up from the ground and they kick your ass when you're in your feet again; so you fight almost only on the ground: while you grapple one of your ennemies, the others kick you in the face, how effective is your BJJ in the street uh?

Krav Maga is overrated, guess what BJJ teaches you how to get up off the ground, how to not get taken down and how to protect yourself on the ground. There are 3 friggin guys beating on you ,how the hell are you supposed to stay up. No martial art will allow you to defend againts multiple opponents, in those situations it depends on the individuals and environment.

you're right, the lady is very harsh and unfair and her students are S**t but I don't think that krav maga is a martial art nor ineffective because it has no rules (meaning anything goes) and it's not a sport because they don't use patterned movements for specific areas, they use whatever they can to hit wherever they can to disable the other party quickly and with as much damage as possible in real life situations. it's based on a science of range of motion, stability, and reflexes.

The lady instructor is an arrogant bitch. Her students cooperate with her, that's why she looks good.

Krav is BS with a lot of techs based on co-op training. They talk about reality but it's a joke. Reality is that there is S**t all you can do if you're unarmed and 5 guys attack you with machetes. Reality is that you get forced to the ground, even if you don't want to be there.

Buy a gun, be alert and use common sense, train some muay thai & bjj if you must. Avoid the lie that is Krav.
