scientific study's have shown the Y-DNA hapologroup that show genetic evoloution is different for Paks when compared to indians. paks are in the same hapologroups to afghans and iranians, giving the number of pathans in Pak its no surprise that cross breeding is the result of such evoloution, also the early arab invaders first arrived in sindh. however they are some indian genes namely those who crossed in 1947 but the majority of muslims were already in the area of pakistan.
