I'm not sure of Parker's age, he's either 14 or 15. Despite his deep voice, he's barely pubescent, as you can tell by his hairless underarms. Parker was actually born in 1998, making his real age to be 10 y/o, but the writers artificially aged him, just a they did with Luke. Luke was born in 1995, making him 13. The writers aged him to 9 y/o in 2001, and then 15 y/o in 2005. Van took over in 2006. The older age allowed Luke to do more things without being censored (yet he still hasn't had sex!). Brad's daughter Liberty (by Janet, the woman who cooked breakfast for Nuke) is older at 16.

Okay, so the title is an exaggeration. We don't know if Parker and Liberty actually went through with it. We'll find out tomorrow.

BTW, I think the actress who play Janet would be a much better Lily than Noelle Beck. She exudes both maternal warmth and sensuality. Beck has yet to be motherly like the old Lily (although she came close in the Luke Snyder Foundation scene). I criticized ATWT for introducing both Janet and the new Lily on the same day since they looked somewhat familiar.

    All I know is that Parker had better used that condom or there is going to be trouble ahead for them. We never really know if he used it or not. They repeatedly tell their parent "We were protected", but that could mean that she was on the pill. The pill doesn't work the day that you get it. It takes about a couple of weeks. About one or two. Or for some 30 days. This is sending out a mixed message to teens.

    They're cousins but not by blood. Liberty is Brad's daughter, while Parker is Jack's son. Brad and Jack are brothers. That makes them cousins. However, Jack is not Parker's biological father (Jack formally adopted him last year).

    The fact that Liberty's mom (Janet) and Parker's adoptive dad (Jack) are having sex is also weird. The spookiest thing is that their initials spell JJ -- the name of Parker's brother. Surely a sign from Hell. Just kidding ☺

    Well, then you should care because protest can pressure writers to change a storyline or even get rid of characters. At worst, it can cancel a show. ATWT isn't exactly doing well in the ratings.

    Well, Liberty is supposed to be 16 so the message they're sending is that a 15 y/o boy is having sex with a 16 y/o girl. If we had not read that the actress is actually 21, I don't think most of us would have known. Whether it's okay to depict teens having sex is a whole other debate but I will point out that the writers aren't glorifying the incident.

    I was thinking the exact same before I read the description- I think the actress playing Janet is far better suited to the role of Lily than Noelle Beck. She looks and sounds more similar to Martha Byrne. I also think Noelle Beck looks too young and slight, and a little hard faced. I agree about the motherly warmth too, Beck doesn't convey those maternal qualities Martha Byrne and this actress playing Janet, I don't know her name, both do well.
