It is a difficult job especially when the traffic is bad -the day goes boringly slowly for them.

There are lots of people running late for work and other appointments -all the time; it is unfair that bus drivers, (or bus conductors, in their day) have to put up with being blamed for missed appointments, because of all the sleepy-heads passengers.

no I lived in canberwell for 3 years and seen people jumping on and off when the hit squad came on the bus some times the driver would tell people first that the hit squad was at next bus stop? that is when people jump off

Yeahm it;s a great system. I use it for free too. But then you might think not enough money is being mad. But again, the great system - Get 10 tranport police, that should be protecting us, to wait at a bus stop along a busy route late at night when people are drunk. And fine all those without tickets £100. Red Ken had some great ideas.

This a bad bus driver, turn a link-bus, the bus can`t not handle that angel. Why not try to use the rear gear instead !

The articulated busses we used to have around here did have steerable wheels at the back: made them veery moveable in turns... now, with Arriva, the busses S**k in taking turns, as the motor is in the back of the bus, and the wheels aren't steering anymore.

I know the person driving the bus it was a woman, shes only been on the bus's a for a a few months, she checked her make up in the rear mirror and the next thing shes stuck, could happen to any one.

That is what I said, this video starts after the facts so we do not know exactly what happened. However, it doesnt matter what anyone tells this driver, he/she is solely responsible for how they drive the bus. The driver could very well be stupid or not, there is not enough information in this short clip to prove anything.

I do not know anyone that hates bus drivers, they do a job many do not want and usually for little pay.

Im sorry but we still don't know the full facts, and until we do then we cannot call him/her stupid. In that job there are many circumstances that can happen. It isn't easy to do a U-turn in an articulated bus, maybe bus control told this driver a road up ahead was blocked etc etc People hate bus drivers for whatever reasons but most are unjustified. Step into their shoes then you'll know what is really going on, until then, leave them alone.

You know I would agree with you, however when you take a job as this one, the driver needs to know exactly what his/her vehicle can do. This video comes in pretty late to see what exactly happened as I would have to think the driver would have to know that this bus could in no way make a u-turn like that.
