i really really want to learn reverse grab but just cant seem to do it . this video is my best attempts so far , any advice will be welcome . also i had another go at wrist seat and cross ankle release . wrist seat i can still do but cross ankle release i can only sometimes do when i am feeling brave enough !!.the squeal and loud thump with a camera shake at the end wasnt as bad as it looks , i promise :-)

    hi tiff, it was honestly nothing really. it was the tiniest little bump ,but because i knocked the bed a bit it looked like an earthquake !!! it still makes me laugh when i watch this :-).... on the lighter side,at least i can do cross ankle release all the time now xx

    hope you didnt hurt your butt there.. when youre in the cross ankle release, you cross your ankles, then before leaning back, straighten your legs and tighten and squeeze those thigh muscles together..!! i agree with lilly, for the reverse grab you need more room and more momentum to swing out and around!! good job!

    Holy crap you are so funny.I love a good blooper since mostly all my videos have 20 until I cut them out! Good reverse grab...yes I try to swing my body like a pendulum..I am still workin on this one..well i'm working on them all!

    Looking good. Try practicing the one handed chair and once you feel good with that move onto reverse grab. Thats how I done it but looking good so far

    thank you for the advice . i will keep trying because i know what you mean in that it just seems to click all of a sudden, thats what happened with the cross ankle release :-)

    Personally for the revese grab i think you need a good bit of space to throw ur legs out and around the pole, you need to travel around the pole one handed longer and then grab on when it feels comfortable to. I had alot of bother with this one, but you'll do it good one day and it'll click! good luck hun xxx
