You clearly don't have children. They're recording their kids, like normal parents do. He's clearly choosing to do it and they're laughing because it's cute.He chose to do it and gets a kick out of it because they do. It's called baby interaction...it's an important part of development. It's not like they forced the kids face down into the other baby's shoe nor did they coach him to. They looked like concerned parents, good parents, watching out for him when he was falling and kissing the shoe.
