    Yeah, telemarketing is tough. But i do think you can improve your results; don't give up. Uhm, technical feedback: The background music is nice, but a wee bit too loud. ... Ah, you tuned it down a bit, thanks ... Nope, still no good, your words still drown out. Take some instrumental title next time. And put the volume knob somewhere near "Shush!" Nice impromptu cameo appearance, btw, by - who was it, Mum, or Sis :-)? Give her my reards.
