Yeah, a fake. it's way too fast, it's on the freeway, and most of all, the acceleration between the trucks cannot be real. Not only would that be an AMAZING sprint, but even the pros bikes swing massively from side to side when they're out of the saddle for a sprint.

Getting away from cops on a bike is certainly possible, but it would be a matter of fitting through small spaces. Just look at bike messengers.
