    dude, i listened to bullshit like this, and lifted too much weight, now i haven't been able to lift for three months, triceps tendonitis, and now am getting fuckin cortisone shots.

    for real though guys, WORD OF ADVICE, use this technique with weights u can afford, this S**ks for me, not bein able to lift, for all of u that lift errday know whats up, i got one more month, but for real, BE SMART.

    Lmao you're so stupid. Just because someones buff doesn't mean they use steroids. And arnold cheated his curls because the weight was a lot more. Cheating curls still help you, just not as much.
