This is a video of me grooming my husky, during the time when he's 'blowing his coat'. This is a period when they completely lose the dense, fluffy undercoat that sits right next to their skin, but as it's so dense there is also a lot of it!

The pile of fur in this video is after 10 minutes of brushing, so imagine how much fur he loses between grooming sessions and you'll get some idea of what husky ownership does to your carpets, sofa, car, clothes and anything else they come in to contact with.
