sorry I don't mean to be pedantic but this is the 'whitewash mix' of that song; there are many videos on youtube that have incorrectly cited this as the original version (which is on their album 'risotto') but it's a remix, which is available on their album 'progressive history x'.

The thing with wuxia genre movies is that pretty much all fighting is based on real combat techniques, but with a more "hollywood" styles. They make the movies more flashy than they really are so they look better. Sometimes overflashiness looks like crap to me though.
