wich is the wrong thing to do. Pulling it out will only spray it all over the place. The CORECT thing to do is run and hit the emergency shut off switch (which cuts power to every pump), or at least turn the pump off. And then get the F**k away.

The business I work for has its own gas pumps..any one caught filling a gas can inside a bedlined truck, talking on a cell phone while pumping, or re-entering the vehicle while fueling is fired on the spot.
