I agree with this, plus terrorists wouldn't spend their time on just a few deaths. even the NY incident really didn't kill that many. they had planned on a lot more than 2000, which to me still blows my mind how such a small number lost their lives on something what was pretty huge.

that sounds like something that could have happened. problem is that projects are rushed at times or cut corners due to cost concerns.

because those bridges are constantly maintained by companies who know that they're going to go bankrupt really quickly if they make even a slight mistake on a historical landmark. So they're more careful. This bridge had construction going on. Looks to me like they were refurbishing too much at a time, and didn't leave enough intact. Tried to rush the job, and this is what happened.

I don't know. We haven't had a terrorist attack in years. Look at the Narrows bridge collapse- that had no one behind it but shoddy engineering. Terrorists? Please, we're enough of a threat to ourselves without insane extremists.

this is obviously imploded..sabotaged..no way a bridge cleanly drops off like that into a river.. witnesses heard a series of explosions PRIOR to the collapse

Become educated before repeating crap! This road's traffic jams are nearly as bad as any in LA. Any NAFTA traffic would go around this. Get a life.
