yes they are also one of the best Special Operations Forces but the Special Forces are the top ones. they r used allot because of their ability. there's allot of Special Operations Forces that are great but the Special Forces are the most elite. ofcourse they cant do a SEALS job because they aren't trained to stay underwater for long periods of time

delta is confirmed...a former operator made a book about it "inside delta" they have a compound on Ft. Bragg.

what about delta? or the SAS?

im aware of that. what im saying is the Green Beret(SF) are the elite class of Special Operations Forces. they are the best military unit in the world. ofcourse the Rangers,SEALS,etc. are great military units

no one is better than anyone..they have different training for different reasons. all special operations bring different piece to the table. They wont go to SF (special forces) everytime, they will go to the operators who work best in that type of environment based on the type of mission.

"Special Forces" is a generalized term used by the public. The only real unit that has this title is US Army Special Forces, otherwise known as the "green berets".

If you're referring to other "special" soldiers, you refer to them as Special Operations Forces (SOF). 75th Ranger Regiment are SOF, USMC MARSOC are SOF, SEALs are SOF, etc.

LOL!! Special forces are the like tactical teams. like the second grade of soldiers. u have SEAL in NAVY, RANGER in ARMY and FORCE RECON in MARINE... they are the special forces,, stoooopd

Green Berets enter the enemy country 1st. yea some do humanitarian work but a large portion are used for war bcuz their the best trained

Rangers do most of the Combat. Although it is not uncommon for Green Berets to fight, a large part of their time is spent doing humanitarian work. Although it all depends on what unit you are assigned to.

you do realize they counted them as rangers because "delta force" isn't actually confirmed?

and ofcourse a Special Force member wont say they are better than a Ranger bcuz they r both in the Army military branch.my bro is in the Army and he says the Army troops say their better than the Marines and the Marines say the opposite.he told me some Marines come into their base and try to boss em around cuz they r higher ranks.no1 listens to them but every1 knows the Special Forces are the best.they are the most elite troops

ive watched documentaries about the Special Forces, and have one saved on my ps3, they are trained to use EVERY weapon in the world.when their in war,they train the citizens or villagers there to protect themselves,they go in as like a group of 12 and train ppl and become a group of 48,100,etc.y do u think their the 1st to enter the enemy country.their considered the greatest military unit in the world.
