    Jaden- what was the pilot error? To me it looked like a tip stall on the right side but the from the video its hard to tell.

    yeh, but if for instance , the left two engines were running at an average of 9 000 rpm, and the right two engines were running at an average of 10 000 rpm, then the plane would want to yaw to the left, that could be why the pilot said rudder, rudder, rudder. He may have been trying to counter act it turning to the left. (assuming all engines have exactly the same props.) This would explain the tip stall. :-)
