the noise of the pan is really bad....
Well organized, good video :) Can you use other kinds of mushrooms?
When you start cooking with the pan an odd digital like noise starts. The noise makes your voice hard to here. Maybe you could add subtitles for that part.
I always wanted to learn how to make a dish like this.

I see. Maybe you are Siamese (ethnic Khmer/Mon). Anyway The way you cooked that ginger chicken is different from Cambodian version cause we don't use mushrooms and we add sliced fresh peppers for spiciness.
