In 1999, AMPnyc "DeLuxe" Animation Studio was hired by the National Road Safety Foundation to come up with animated PSAs for three road rage scenarios: tailgating, shoulder driving, and aggressive driving.

This is a longer, :30, spot for the topic of aggressive driving.

Notice that the Road Rage Bug is racing to return a videotape of "Broccoli @ the Movies".

That's the title of the third Broccoli short that we had in production at the time CARTOON SUSHI was canceled.
