Lee Strobel's Testimony

I just watched the case for Christ today. VERY good! And even this DVD didn't cover NEARLY the amount of evidence that Jesus was & is...exactly who he said He was!!!

"facts pointing towards christianity..." and would it be too much to share those facts? There are no facts to support any religion, thats why they are called religions, they require faith... if there are 100% proof saying that its right it wouldnt need faith and couldnt be considered as just religion anymore, it would be science... As it is, any religion that exists, have existed or will exists is as likely to be true as any other, if any of them are true.

Can any one of you 'christians' out there give me a physical description of Jesus based on biblical or contemporary texts. We have them for Achilles, King Arthur, Robin Hood and Santa Claus and a lot of other wacko myth figures. Why ain't you got one for the big man ?

Mmkay, well, the reason that's called Humanism and not atheism is because they're not the same thing. Many Humanists are atheists, but not all. Some atheists are Humanists, but definitely not all of them.

It is a misconception that Christians don't think and they just accept what they are told. If that were true there would be no prominent and very smart scientists, but there are. This also tells you that science and faith do NOT conflict.

Einstein once said: Faith without science is blind, science without faith is lame. (lame is in crippled, not lame as in "wack," just to clarify)

Actually, Lee went through a through and extensive investigation into Religion, Christianity specifically. He spoke to spiritual leaders and skeptical scientists alike (he also spoke to spiritual scientists,) and the conclusion he came to was based upon logic and facts. The common misconception is that faith and logic/facts/science don't mix, because we see so many people that don't know about science and believe, but the fact of the matter is that they do.

The supreme court is bullshit, saying that atheism is a religion is the same as saying being healthy is a disease. Theist = a believe in a god, A-theist = no believe in a god.

Anyway, terrible story. For a moment I thought he was rational, but instead he just turned out to be naive to begin with.

Strobel simply silences critics , I love that dude . I gave copies of his books to friends and have seen God work through case for Christ . People light up after reading it , they start to realize the overwhelming proof FOR Jesus . Great work Lee , atheists do not have a former Christian impacting the debate like this . Speaks volumes !

We have to accept his free gift, we have to accept Jesus' sacrifice, and repent. You damn yourself if you don't accept Jesus and repent.
