    You could do the same move on your ellbow. You might not be coming as high off the ground this way, but the move is still very effective. Hope this helps!

    I was trying this move out, and although I was locking my stabiliser arm I found it was really tough on my wrist. Its the same with push ups and other pilates moves I do and would love any advice on how to stop it straining my wrist so much. It makes it hard to do the reps I know i can when my wrist won't support me. Thanks
