By heyjey [Affiliate User] 1267218834I was trying this move out, and although I was locking my stabiliser arm I found it was really tough on my wrist. Its the same with push ups and other pilates moves I do and would love any advice on how to stop it straining my wrist so much. It makes it hard to do the reps I know i can when my wrist won't support me. Thanks
