Most people express their feelings and emotions in rather unconscious ways. Their emotions are limited to only few - and most of them are not so positive.
Human emotions and the varieties of expressions are numerous - this fact can change your life if you pay attention.
Our health and well-beings as well as our state of mind are influenced by the habitual expressions of our emotions. Not only we use limited number of emotions - we take it for granted that what work with one person must work with another - and what works in one situation must work under other situations.
We tend not to change our emotions - we choose to intensify them in order to seek total control and manipulation. We express certain emotions claiming it is our rights to do so - probably remember it from other people, friends, movies, or some rivals.
We tend to use negative emotions as the way to get what we want - by holding our mind a hostage. And when people refuse to comply, we keep stepping up those negative emotions.
If you can consciously make a choice of expressing some new positive emotions and feelings 10-20 % of the times, I can guarantee your major changes in your life. People will be surprised and they will be happier when you are around.
But first we may want to be conscious about our choices of emotions - the one we will use when dealing with other people. We need to strengthen our positive emotions - by using them more often. We can weaken our negative emotions by making less use of them - and with lower intensity.
If we keep using any emotion - with more intensity and frequency- it will create the more direct pathway to our character and personality.
We must consciously create the pathway for our positive feelings and emotions - by using them more often and with more intensity.
Some people make mistakes when they express mild discontent and disappointment all the times. They express little contention and appreciation about life and what they get. In the long run, they have created many small pathways for their character and personality to be influenced by these negativity.
We need to use more of positive emotions - and use them for the good, great, and wonderful purposes - to promote our health and well-being, and to attract the wonderful things to our life.
