Zakk Wylde National Anthem

First of all, ITS CLAPTON. Second, how was dimebag in any way a grunge musician? In his most well known band, Pantera, they played pretty straightforward metal, and his guitar playing, while polished, was certainly not evolutionary, as it didn't stray far from the metal norms of the day. Wylde isn't the guitarist that Dimebag was, and hes even less innovative than him, so rather than set the record straight, all you've done is reinforced a set of cliches espoused by the major guitar magazines.

Zakk and Jimi are so good (I don't know why everyone says Jimi is the greatest, he is not that good really, he was good for his time, but that time has passed, just like Kirk Hammett and Joe Satriani were the best in the 80's) Now, Zakk and others like him, including Brian Haner, are the best in the there current style

what a F**king idiot! i hate zakk wylde and ill tell you why. Jimi played the national anthem to send a message about the war. all his little licks and S**t were messages when you look at the lyrics to the national anthem.

"the red rockets red glare," jimi does all the dive bombs and explosions and screams, "the bombs bursting in air"- that tritone devils interval thing and more dive bombs. Then he plays taps after the line saying our flag was still there. Zakk doesnt get the art hes just a showoff and is stealing jimi's act

hendix wanks with the whammy bar. what the hells the difference. both versions sound great to me. don't tell me that wanking with a whammy bar has a more legitimate purpose than what wylde does with the scales.
