Well some friend of mine wanted fraps registered so i decided to make a movie how to get fraps registered for free :] okay well here is the download link:

If you get it realy laggy go into windows movie maker and resave it and the lag is gone

if you get like all color lines [ thats annoying ] then just go into windows movie maker and resave it again and the color lines will be gone :]
