actually, anything will never be built if the the parliament still exist...Kuwaiti people should try some new faces for their parliament other than the Islamic party people to boost operation reconstructing Kuwait and building the Kuwait dream

Perhaps the authorities in Kuwait will make a similar wish come true in "Cultural City" leading to another Einstein.

There is cultural city which is going to be the centre of art and education

There are several cities mentioned including, "Olympic City", "Financial City" and "Olympic City" but no "Learning City". It's time that countries like Kuwait placed greater importance on knowledge, science, literature and the arts.

The center of the intellectual world was once in the Mid East and could be again.

wow, u dick heads compied the frank loyd wright tower design whichj was proposing in chicago in 1985 but it was never built it was sopuse to be the mile high tower with 600 rooms and twice the size of the burji dubia one.='[

Guys can you imagine that this project supposed to be built in 1990 and it has been postponing since 1984 till now..weird

The City of Silk will start at the end of this year, inshallah kuwait will be at the top again, and the City will be an attraction to people from all around the world

I think you can say that, some people told me that the infrastructure has been started, but I'm not sure of it!!
