Puharich describes his (patented) method for splitting water into Hydrogen and Oxygen - Note the circuit from the secondary side of the transformer is identical to Meyers. Indicating Meyer may have used Puharich's research as a jumping off point. NOTE: This one has a little glitch in it, but the blacks creen only lasts for a few seconds.

    resonant sensing resistor, is the same as a maf air flow sensor in new cars !! so that is what meyer was holding back off his circuit
