  • A DC-9 was in Final ...

A DC-9 was in Final Takeoff rollout onto the Runway ,Flight90's Captain was hoping that the
warmth from the exhausts would help to remove
the rime ice forming on the wings. Flight 90's
Flight then decided to takeoff. On final roll
the Plane's gauge indicated proper speed but the Instruments were flawed by the icing. The plane achieved a takeoff but on rollout over the Potomac started to shudder losing altitude crashing into the 14th St
Bridge coming to rest in the river between
    the bridges.

Air Florida 90's Pilot Captain was held at fault. The plane was properly de-iced at the Gate before taxing out. The plane held on the ground for almost 45 minutes in a snow/freezing rain weather situation. The pilot opted out to go back to the gate and
repeat de-icing procedures, also in a choice
to conserve onboard power The captain also elected to not activate Onboard De-icing systems.

  • You crashed them ...

You crashed them into the wrong bridge. The 14th street bridge is the 3rd of those 4 bridges. The aircraft basically "landed" on the surface of the bridge and then continued off the other side into the water.
