Personally, I feel the North American and South/Carribbean American philosophies on racial identities are both flawed in ways...neither is entirely correct..its just a result of who colonized what area and they're racial views and agendas.

There are people that have no mix ance...at all. I know black people who are just black. I also know white people that are just white and etc.....I do not have any white, indian, spanish and etc blood in me so that comment is incorrect

I feel you. I see it all the time where i live. i know black woman who say they are mix with white and etc when they are not. No one wants to be counted as just black. You are right, people want to ignore it but never want to face the truth.
