Intro to the 1963-65 anthology series with many big name guest stars. I have 55 of the 60 episodes made, including several theatrical versions and the one unaired episode. This series also included the pilot for the popular series Run For Your Life starring Ben Gazzarra.

I loved both themes used in Kraft Suspense Theater....can never decide which is best. Both rule, and the opening graphics are probably the coolest of all time! SIXTIES FOREVER!!!

One of television's great intros and scores, I first saw this in reruns (WABC?) circa 1969 when I was about 4 years old. It was decades later before I saw it again and knew I wasn't dreaming it years before. :-)

    Thanks for posting this!

  • Thank you so much ...

Thank you so much for posting the opening credits with the fantastic, highly stylized animated sequence and the great Johnny Williams score. Reminds me of a lot of his later work like 'The Land of the Giants". I've been wanting to see and hear this for at least 30+ years. Wow.

  • This is the second ...

This is the second season title [1964-'65], again composed by John{ny} Williams. The series was originally presented as "KRAFT SUSPENSE THEATER" on NBC (co-produced by Perry Como's production company, "Roncom Films"), and was also syndicated under the title "CRISIS". This episode was first telecast on June 17, 1965.
