Dell Tech Support Call

Gathering personal information is unfortunately necessary and usually only takes about 20 seconds. You don't expect that you can call up your electric company and get help without first verifying your information do you? Some people seem to think that Dell tech support is just a free computer hotline you can just call up anytime even if your warranty has expired.

Then you obviously haven't talked to very many African Americans or white Americans, for that matter. You don't know what the hell you're talking about.

They ask you too many personal questions and you stay on hold forever before you get to a person. I understand the frustration.

In the U.S. it's the same - I call female friends dude just like my guy friends.

I live in South Carolina after living in Philadelphia Pa so I guess I'd need to move to Africa or Harlem to get anymore aquainted lol
