I know there's no prescription drug for scurvy. I said if there were there would be tons of ads on television coercing people to take the drug instead of just suggesting they eat citrus fruits. I don't care how offensive it is, I know for a fact that some doctors recieve bribes from drug companies. And the more drugs he prescribe the more bribes they get. I have worked for a couple of doctors and I have witnessed with my own eyes and ears the things drug reps do to get Dr's to prescribe drugs.

Are you saying that no parent should ever question if there is a better way. And by the way Jenny was only going with advice of............ you guessed it, DOCTORS!! D.A.N. (or defeat autism now) has many doctors that support these claims, and said this MIGHT help. For Evans sake i'm glad it did, and I'm glad she listened!

They don't prescribe drugs for scurvy. It's vitamin C supplements most likely. You have no evidence to suggest doctors are getting pay offs. In fact that's sort of offensive, my auntie is a doctor, she is happy to prescribe drugs and it's so offensive to suggest that she is happy to let people get autism. She was more than happy to vaccinate her own children. Or did she take the bribe to 'poison' her own children?

I would call polio a crisis situation. And wow, we don't get that because the majority of us are vaccinated. And the consequences of high blood pressure are a heart attack. Which i would call a crisis as well. There's only a certain amount you can do naturally.

No I can't cure the common cold. I don't get them in them. And since you seem to think that drugs and vaccines are the answer to every health problem then why cant they cure that. And as far as having heart transplants,sure doctors can do great things when comes to crisis situations like these. But I dont think placing a person on high blood pressure and cholesterol drugs for the rest of their lives qualify as a crisis I'd prefer to have them change their lifestyle to deal with it naturally.

I know scurvy is a vitamin C deficiency and since citrus fruits contain vitmin C don't you think it is smarter to eat the fruit instead of taking some man made chemical to deal with the problem. I'm sure if drug companies came with a drug for scurvy there would be all kinds of ads on tv promoting the drug and not eating citrus fruits. Citrus fruits as a cure for scurvy is not alternative. Scurvy is caused by lack of vitmin c. Therefore the cure is... vitamin C. But in no way is a herbal remady going to treat cancer or stop a bad infection from killing you. Change in diet again, is not an alternative thing. Its well known fact that a healthy diet leads to good heath. Im not arguing with that. And the doctors receiving bribes and gifts. Dont make me laugh. So your saying every single doctor is insanley corrupt.

This absolute bull. The disease of scurvy can be cured simply by eating citrus fruits. That's an alternative treatment. Many health problems like high blood pressure,bad cholesterol, and diabetes can be completely cured with just a change in diet and lifestyle. And the nonsense about doctors not being on drug companeis payroll is a flat out lie. Doctors receive bribes and gifts from drug companies all the time. Drug representive come in to doctor's offices daily to coerce him to prescribe drugs.

Why don't you just build an alter, make a golden idol of doctors and worship them. I know this may come as a suprise to you and maybe difficult to believe but hear me loud and clear when I say that DOCTORS DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING!!!! I'm sure if a doctor told you there's no such thing as gravity you go jump off the Sear's Tower. It's beyond pathetic how you put so much faith in a profession that can't even cure the common cold.

Alternative medicine can make you feel better through the placebo effect but it wont cure anything physically, so if you had cancer or a badly infected wound you would still die. If doctors considered alternative treatments effective then they would no longer be alternative and become just treatments. Pharmaceutical companies have nothing to do with how doctors practice. The doctors are not on the pharmasutical companies' pay roll, yet they seem to be happy with drugs.
