Demonstrating two Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ground grappling fight techniques. These techniques can be used for MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi grappling competitions, or street fighting situations.

The first technique demonstrated is how to execute a leg lock while being mounted. The second Jiu-Jitsu technique demonstrated is the helicopter sweep while from the guard position.
