Look up KOWSKY AND FROST (1927) and J.G. Gallimore, who replicated the experiment in the 1970s. Also the MOTIONAL ELECTRIC-Field discoverd by Hooper. It is identical to a gravitation-vector.

Look up the word diamagnetic. If it does work, this might be a way to make a diamagnetic field just like using electricity to make a magnetic field. I have not heard of anyone making an artificial diamagnetic field before, hmmmmm.
