*Readme First **It works on sp1

I've currenly made an automated batch file that makes it a lot easier that doing it manually. I will be making another video, replacing this one with the automated file.

***Try not to follow the video because it's outdated, just use the readme in the download.

Change the message to what you want instead of having to see "Welcome" every time you turn on your computer.

I have included a readme in the winstartup zip which should resolve some problems.

"but at the end" at the end of the logon?

I've never had that message before. If you can logon replace the winlogon.exe.mui with the original one. If you need an original copy I'll give you one.

If you can't log on you'll need access to another computer so I can help you.
