    Isn't it normally said that you have to rest for at least a day after a workout (so you can only do it evey other day)? And if you want large muscles (in this case abs), wouldn't you normally go for a low rep routine? As far as i understand this will give you stronger but not much bigger abs? Don't get me wrong, i really hope that someone can disprove my views, as this routine suits me real good ;-)

    Definately!!!!!! Coke has all kinds of sugar and acids in it that can be extremely bad for u! For example, phosphoric acid(which is in dark soda) S**ks all the calcium from your bones, which can lead to serious health issues! So i would suggest u drink water, not only after u exercise, but all the time. You'll feel 100 times better if u do, i promise!
