make sure when you are doing the Ri, Di, R, D that you finish the algorithm before you rotate the next piece to be solved into place

you cant explain it better than he does... try it again.. it always works! maybe some pieces popped out and youput them back in the wrong place.

you take the top layer and turn it at a 45 degree angle, stick your thumb, or an object of some type, under the middle piece and pull it up. It will come out and you can take out the rest ^.^
