Huge amounts of people have low back pain. Many choose drugs or surgery but they don't realize the damaging effects of these choices, especially when manual physical therapy offers low risk alternatives. Shouldn't those with specified training in musculoskeletal conditions be the first line of defense in treating the conditions? Spinal manipulation plus exercise is the most effective treatment out their for the treatment of low back pain. See a manual physical therapist today and get relief!
I think this video is a great idea to spread awareness. Everyone on here should should post this video to their facebook and/or myspace or whatever blog sites you might log on to, to spread this message. This is a great start, but we need everyone here to help push this video to the next step.

I am not a certified manual physical therapist, but ice and ultrasound are not the current best evidence for treatment of low back pain, thus manual physical therapy gets the point across more effectively - Not all PTs are created equal, unfortunately...

The skills demonstrated as effective for LBP are entry level physical therapy skills and can be effectively applied unhindered by the rhetoric of the osteopathic manual therapy model.
Thanks for the video!!
