Ehh depends really, as a musician I love and have a hell of alot more respect for DT.

But on the other hand Pink Floyd did do some very good songs and writing.

But all in all, I'd definitely have to say DT just because their music is much more diverse and expansive.

I love Dream Theater but I wouldnt say its the number 1 band. In my opinion Pink floyd is number 1 with dream in close 2nd
