This is so enormously helpful. It's one thing to read it in her book but to actually see what she means is another.

I had an energy test of sorts at university. I would have probably done better if I had been therapy-localized first. My lymphatic reflexes are shot, and I didn't even know it! I guess she's pushing the toxins out that woman's butt! I think I see the outline of depends on the "patient". She came prepared! I feel my polarities are thrown somewhat after watching this. I never thought my lymph could move....I'll bet that's why my pants are tight!

This felt great. I've been feeling sore, and weak for about a year!

this type of massage (spinal) has to be from the top of neck all the way down to tail-bone; your thumb (left&right from spine) have to press circularly and deep, and has to progress slowly (20 minutes); it will clear asthma, or chest related (cold,allergy) congestion; before beginning session, put a heat-pad on (15 min.)to relax muscles prior to massage; then lubricate back (to prevent friction related redness/irritation); after done with spinal, let client rest for 15+ min., before getting up
